BSCC receives numerous requests for services and community support via our website, email, walk-ins, events, and other referral sources. Staff, volunteers and interns are critical to fill the needs of the organization. Often, staff members are recruited from existing volunteers or interns.

BSCC has an extensive screening process for incoming staff, volunteers and interns due to the nature of the organization’s work and security of clients.
