Training & Education

BSCC case managers are responsible for assisting clients to identify appropriate educational and training opportunities. The overall goal is to help ensure clients are confident, skilled, and prepared for the world of work. Doing so significantly increases the likelihood that each client is independent and self-sufficient. 

BSCC offers clients an array of educational and vocational opportunities, certification programs, such as completing their GED or college courses. The educational needs are determined by the client, BSCC’s intake that includes a biopsychosocial assessment to evaluate for areas of need and case management goals / planning. 

In addition, Employee Rights Center provides employment assistance and trainings for BSCC clients, along with application assistance and consultations in securing work-related benefits.
